There are 3 ways to participate:

SIGN UP TO RIDE - Ride in the spin class! Encouraged to raise a minimum of $150 for your seat in the class. Use Sign Up link.

LizFit will host a total of seven SPIN rides that focus on benefiting one LOCAL seacoast charity each day.

Here's the scoop!

Participants who want to attend/ride one or more of the 7 SPIN classes, will be able to reserve their seat starting November 1st.

We are asking those that want to RIDE, help their charity meet their team goal!

100% of the proceeds go directly to the charity!

To prevent sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking and to support and empower all women, men, non-binary and transgender adults, youth and families to heal from abuse and rebuild their lives.

COMMUNITY TOOLBOX (SENH HABITAT)

We work with local homeowners in need to provide small repairs focused on safety, health and accessibility. Everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home.

GIRLS ON THE RUN

Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

THURSDAY

DECEMBER 12TH

END 68 HRS OF HUNGER

End 68 hours of hunger is a private, not-for-profit, effort to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday morning.

STEP UP PARENTS

Step Up Parents provides financial assistance to kinship caregivers in New Hampshire who are raising the children of parents with substance use disorder.

RED’S

With our FREE FOOD TRUCK “Big Red” we provide meals year-round and the fun flare of the food truck experience for those in need with no questions asked. ‍It is our mission to provide support and relief to the community with a kind heart and no judgement.

Gather's mission is to offer innovative programs that build food security in welcoming and dignified ways.

For over 200 years, Gather has provided fresh, healthy food to individuals experiencing food insecurity in Greater Seacoast communities. Gather believes access to food is a fundamental human right and provides nutritious foods through innovative programs that foster connection and community building.

    The class is located in the spin room which is located beyond the front desk, though the treadmill room and up the stairs. Please sign in at the front desk of the gym when you come in.

    There is a parking lot adjacent to Spinnaker Recreation Center. Please do not park on the street in front of the center, as that parking is reserved for area residents.

  • There are SO MANY ways to get involved!!!

    • Sign up to join a spin class, ride and fundraise for your favorite charity, or charities. Once you sign up Liz will be in touch with tools to kick off your fundraising, and you can reach out at anytime for support!

    • OR Donate to your favorite charity, or charities.

    • OR Sponsor a rider

    • OR Join the Team, ride or not you can donate and fundraise by sharing your own personal Go Fund Me link.

  • I’m riding! How much money should I raise?

    Each rider is encouraged to raise a minimum of $150, to reach our collective goal for SPINNING GENEROSITY.

    What tools do I have to fundraise?

    Each rider will have the ability to share a gofundme link. Cash, checks, the gofundme link, or visit the charity website (if donating this way, please include SPINNING GENEROSITY in the donation).

    Not sure you can raise $150, focus on the popular vote! See below for further information what the popular vote is.

    What happens with the donations?

    100% of the proceeds go to the charities!! However, donations made by credit card through GoFundMe pages will incur a 2-3% transaction fee.

  • 1, $5 donation = 1 vote.

    The charity with the lowest amount of 'POPULAR VOTES' will not be invited back for the next year, making room for new charities to be included every year.
